About Us
Khbraat Design and Build has delivered projects in Qatar since 2011 for government and defence entities, for corporate clients, and for private owners. That work taught us how institutional projects are controlled: fixed scope, documented approvals, disciplined programme, and accountability that does not move.
We now bring that same control to private villas and high-end residential. You sign one contract. We manage the design, the consultants, the licensing, the procurement and the site, and we hand you the keys.
Established in 2011 and wholly owned by Al Zhbya Holding, Khbraat operates as the main contracting party while drawing on the group specialist manufacturing capability in aluminium systems, glass systems, facades, pergolas, doors and windows.

Khbraat is the main contracting party with the client and manages the entire project, while specialist works are executed through approved partners and the manufacturing arms of Al Zhbya Holding.

04 Handover Turnkey delivery, snagging closed, documentation complete.
Architectural systems such as pivot doors, windows, facades, pergolas and shades are produced and installed by Al Zhbya International, our group company. The systems that usually cause the longest delays on a villa are made inside our own group.

Government and Defence
Multiple projects delivered as main contractor for Qatari government and defence entities, covering refurbishment and fit-out, modular office facilities, masonry and structural works, and vehicle shading. Project details are provided on request under confidentiality.
Private Residential
Private villas and majlis buildings delivered as main contractor in Al Siliya, Mearad and Muither, including structure, facade, interior finishing and external works.
Commercial and Public Sector
Q-Jet main building renovation at Old Airport as main contractor; Sheraton Doha renovation at Dafna as sub-contractor to Urbacon; fish cleaning facility at Al Khor for the Ministry of Environment as main contractor.
